1. Shipping Policy:
- Spain (Peninsula): 3-5 business days.
- Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of Europe: 4-8 business days.
- International: 7-11 business days.
During peak demand periods, delivery times may be longer. We will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number (provided the shipping company provides it) so you can check the status of your shipment.
Free Shipping
- Spain: Free for orders over €60.
- Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of Europe: Free for orders over €100.
Processing Schedule
- Orders before 12:00 → Same day shipping.
- Orders placed after 12:00 → Next-business-day processing.

For urgent purchases, please note that weekends and holidays count as business days and may delay delivery.
2. Essential Order Information
To correctly identify your order and provide you with better service, you must provide one of the following information:
- 1. Order number.
- 2. Email address with which you made the purchase.
- 3. If you can't contact us from that email address, please provide it to us so we can track your order.
If we can't link your request to a specific order, unfortunately, we won't be able to resolve issues related to it.
3. Chain Replacement Policy
In the event of breakage within the first 30 days of receiving the product, we offer a free replacement, provided it is not due to misuse or neglect. Each customer is entitled to one free replacement per product.
For this, we will need:
- Photograph of the broken chain.
- Brief description of the problem.
If you need a new chain after using up your free replacement or after the deadline, we'll send you a link to purchase a compatible one, as they are not sold individually in our regular catalog.
4. Costume jewelry
Costume jewelry may only be returned if it has not been used and is still in its original packaging. If, upon receiving the product, we detect signs of use or that it has been removed from its original packaging, we will not issue a refund.
5. Returns

Refund
- 1. The refund will be processed once the returned product arrives at our facilities and is inspected.
- 2. The return process should not exceed 15 business days.
- 3. We will use the original payment method to process the refund.
Suggestion: Keep your shipping receipt to monitor the status of your returned product.
Changes for Size, Color or without a Specific Reason
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (shipping, customs, etc.).
- The item must be delivered in its original packaging and without signs of use.
- If you want a different product, you will need to place a new order.
Return Conditions
- Only physical product returns are accepted.
- We do not accept returns on virtual products (e.g., gift cards).
6. Limitation of Liability Clause
We do not assume liability in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, armed conflicts, strikes, transportation or telecommunications problems, etc.).

Use this document if you wish to return your order within 14 business days of receiving it.

Once you have completed this document, you must notify the Customer Service department by email at informacion@nombdi.es. Once received, we will inform you of the guidelines to follow for returning the product.
Processing Schedule
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Products that have been made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized will not be returned.
- The refund of the amount paid will be issued no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract and, therefore, return the purchased product. We will process this refund using the same payment method you used to purchase the product, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We will refund all payments received for the returned product, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer).
